NUCO jewelry is handcrafted using genuine 925 sterling silver and carefully selected ocean-inspired materials. We are especially drawn to natural elements such as silver, shells, and genuine gemstones, which reflect the beauty of the sea and nature. Many pieces feature our signature waxed cord, chosen for its durability, comfort, and water-friendly wear.
Is your jewelry made from real sterling silver?
Yes. All silver components used in our jewelry are made from genuine 925 sterling silver.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Our jewelry is designed for an active, beach-inspired lifestyle and can be worn in water. To preserve its beauty, rinse with fresh water after swimming in the sea and avoid prolonged exposure to chlorinated pools. We also recommend removing your jewelry before entering sulfur-rich mineral or thermal waters, which may cause sterling silver to tarnish more quickly.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally reacts with air, moisture, chlorine, sulfur, and certain chemicals over time and may develop a darker patina. This is a normal characteristic of genuine sterling silver and can easily be cleaned and polished.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, rinse it with fresh water after swimming in the sea, dry it thoroughly, and store it in an airtight container when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, sulfur, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Is the jewelry adjustable?

Most NUCO necklaces are adjustable and many bracelets as well.
You can always write us a request if a desired piece is not listed as adjustable and we will try to make it happen for you.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that custom-made pieces, including jewelry ordered in a specific length, are made especially for you and cannot be returned. Adjustable designs are not affected by this policy.
