WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS MINIMUM ORDER Minimum order: 10 pieces Minimum order value: €300 PRODUCTION TIME All items are made to order. Standard production time: 10–14 business days before shipping. Exact production and delivery dates will be confirmed after your order is reviewed. PAYMENT Full payment is required before production begins. Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Bank transfer. SHIPPING Wholesale orders must be shipped via Express Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on location/destination and order size. Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 business days after dispatch, depending on location. We usually work with DHL, FedEx, or DPD. CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges in their country. We have no control over these fees, nor can we predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order. RETURNS & EXCHANGES As each piece is handmade to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom designs or branding options are available for larger orders. Contact us to discuss your needs. PRICING POLICY Retail prices in the main shop reflect the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) towards the end customer. Approved wholesale partners receive trade discounts, typically 50% off RRP, depending on order volume and product category. We ask our retail partners to maintain the suggested RRP to ensure consistent brand value and fair margins across all markets. CANCELLATIONS Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order. PRICING & CURRENCY All prices are listed in euros (€). Prices exclude shipping, duties, and taxes.
